   Yoga Fun Badge!

The Yoga Fun Badge is available for all ages and mixed-level troops!
We will learn breathing techniques to aid in stress and anxiety reduction, stretch and balance for flexibility and coordination and use journaling and visualization to assist with positive self-reflection and relaxation.

  • Breathing techniques
  • Physical poses for strength and flexibility
  • Positive Body Image                
  • Respect
  • Acceptance
  • What "Yoga Off the Mat" means

Investment:  $12 per Girl Scout and $10 for additional participants (siblings, Troop Leaders, parents, etc.) *  CLASSES ARE 60 MINUTES.
*Please note:  All attendees MUST participate! 
 Minimum of 10 particpants per class.

Included:  Each Girl Scout will receive a booklet and a Yoga Fun Patch from the Council Shop in Phoenix.  Mats will be provided.

Location:  Regular troop meeting location unless other arrangements need to be made in which case the investment per participant may change.

 **There is a $25.00 deposit to hold your troop's space for the date you sign up for.  That amount will be credited towards the full payment due.




 Additional information:

 

I can come out to your troop meeting to fill in for part of a Journey you are working on.  The investment for a 1 hour "Ask a Speicalist/Trainer" type class is $75.00.
